Spring is arriving and with it we would like to prevent the issuance of notices on the next site visit in March. We kindly urge all residents to take proactive steps in addressing maintenance items promptly. By addressing these matters now, homeowners can collectively contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our community.
Common Violations to Prevent:
- Mowing, Weeding, Edging, Gardening – Each Owner shall keep his Lot and the improvements thereon in a manner in keeping with the standards set by the rest of the neighborhood. (CCR 5.18 & 6.8) Should Owner refused or fail to change, remove, or maintain the plantings, or should the owner fail to maintain any plantings or beds installed, the plantings or beds may be removed or maintained at a cost which will be assessed to the Owner.
- Garbage Containers – Must be stored on the side of the house or in the garage, out of street view on non-service dates. (Cannot be placed in the front of your home). (CCR 5.14)
- Vehicle Parking – no overnight parking of boats, trailers, camper, recreational vehicles (RV’s), school buses, trucks exceeding ¾ tons, or commercial trucks shall be allowed in the Subdivision. This limitation shall not apply to vehicles kept in the garage. The Board of Directors may regulate all manner of on-street parking of vehicles. (CCR 5.6 & 5.7)
- Recreational Equipment – No outdoor recreational equipment, including but not limited to, basketball goals or trampolines, may be installed, erected, or placed in the front or side yard of any Lot. (CCR 5.4)
