If there is damage to a common area, please put which street the damage can be seen from. If you know any details about the incident, please tell us below. If the area is currently being vandalized or if there is imminent danger, please call the police immediately.
This includes overnight street parking, parking that blocks the road or driveways, parking in lawns. Please take a picture of the license plate and the vehicle's violation so that we have documentation.
5.4. Recreational Equipment. No outdoor recreational equipment, including but not limited to, basketball goals or trampolines, may be installed, erected, or placed in the front or side yard of any Lot. The location of any basketball goal placed on a Lot shall be subject to approval of the Architectural Control Committee. No batting cages shall e permitted on any Lot.

5.6. Vehicles. Except during construction on that Lot, no overnight parking of boats, trailers, camper, recreational vehicles (RV’s), school buses, trucks exceeding ¾ tons, or commercial trucks shall be allowed in the Subdivision. This limitation shall not apply to vehicles kept in the garage. No vehicles of any size which normally transports inflammatory or explosive cargo may be kept in the subdivision at any time.
This includes overgrown grass, excessive weeds, and overgrown bushes in the front or side yards. Please take a well-lit photo of the violation with the address in the photo if possible.

Notice the two quotes from the site that are relevant: “Bossier City requires that all yard areas be maintained in a clean, sanitary manner. Yard maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner. A violation exists when the weeds or grass are more than 12 inches in height.” And “Any condition that provides harbor for rats, snakes, and other vermin. Other nuisances are disagreeable or obnoxious odors or stenches.”
The street lights are maintained by the city. Please call Traffic Engineering at 318-741-8434 or call AEP/SWEPCO at 1-888-216-3523. You can still report it here and we will call as well.
The Road / Sidewalks are maintained by the city. Please call Public Works at 318-741- 8402 to report the problem. If you submit, we will also report the problem.
If there are any issues in a common area, please leave us details. Common areas include the Savannah Place sign, the gazebo, the Avondale field. If the situation is dangerous, please call the police immediately.
If you see a house that seems to be modifying their exterior and it is in violation of the covenants, please tell us about it below.

Please tell us about excessive trash or litter and where we can access it to clean it.
5.9. Nuisances. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried upon any Lot, nor shall anything done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. No unsightly condition shall be created on any Lot or permitted to remain thereon which specifically, without limitation by reference thereto, prohibits the storage and/or repair of a wrecked vehicle and/or vehicles on said premises.

About Your Dues

Our HOA dues are due January and July and are $94.50 or $189/year as of 2025.

Mailbox keys and replacements are handled by USPS.

HOA dues include the management company and the landscaping of community areas. If the budget allows, we have also done community events or special projects.

Total Fines Due from Date of Notice

0 days - Warning
30 days - 2nd Warning
60 days - $50 Fine
+$75/mo thereafter until issue is remedied.

A lien will be placed on the home if fines are not paid.

The areas that are NOT maintained are in Red and Blue. The median off of Curtis Loop at the front of Savannah Place is owned by the City of Bossier.
