Projects in Progress (Updated)
- COMPLETED – Welcome to Savannah Place Sign for Mailbox Areas – Designed to introduce residents to the HOA website, portal, and online resources.
- POSTPONED – Front Landscaping Improvements – Delayed process as existing plants that have started blooming. We are planning for a replanting at a later date. We are coordinating with the landscapers to plant hardy, blooming flowers at the front to restore the original beauty of the Savannah Place entrance.
