HOA Meeting Update for August 29th, 2022

Events:
September 29 6:00pm – Savannah Place Homeowner’s Annual Meeting at the Bellaire Fitness Complex 4330 Panther Dr.
Coming soon! November 12 – Community Night is back! We are planning a fun community event in the Avondale Field. Food trucks, kids’ activities, and a small craft show. More info coming soon. If you are interested in having a craft booth, please send me a message.
Projects:
Gazebo was recently painted. We are looking into other maintenance with the gazebo as well.
Avondale field improvements: we are working on getting roofs for the pergolas, bids for picnic tables and possibly a grill.
Curtis Loop Median. There has been a LOT of back and forth on who actually owns this area. We are trying to get to the bottom of it. City Council has been contacted, property standards has been contacted. More to come on this. Basically, we do not want the home owners paying for the maintenance on this area if it is property of the city.
